1. Vendor Responsibilities
- All vendors must refund buyers if the ordered product is not delivered.
- Vendors must upload a verified ID copy for security and authenticity purposes.
- All exchanges must be processed as refunds before a new order is placed.
- Vendors are responsible for shipping products with a valid tracking number to ensure buyers can track their orders.
- Vendors may charge a shipping fee, but the shipping cost is their responsibility.
- Do not sell products like food.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyers must carefully review product details before placing an order.
- Orders cannot be refunded if the product is delivered and more than 7 days have passed, even if the item is damaged or scratched.
- Buyers should ensure they are ordering the correct item, as unnecessary cancellations may not be supported.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- If a vendor ships the wrong item or an item significantly different from what was displayed, the buyer is entitled to a refund or store credit.
- Exchanges are allowed only if the product price matches; otherwise, buyers must pay the difference.
4. Fraud & Scam Prevention
- Any vendor found guilty of fraudulent activity or scams will face legal action.
- Vendors engaging in scams must compensate affected buyers and will be permanently banned from the platform.

The membership fee for vendor registration is intended to support the growth of the platform and fund marketing efforts to increase product visibility. This fee does not guarantee a specific number of sales, high returns, or extraordinary profits. The success of each vendor depends on various factors, including product demand, pricing, and individual marketing strategies.
